Susan L. Moscareillo

As Director of Volunteer Services for the Baltimore Ronald McDonald House, Susan is responsible for recruiting, training and leading a volunteer staff that nurtures, comforts and serves over 1,000 families and children from all over the world each year. Susan's background includes newspaper feature and news reporting, promotion and publicity at WBAL Television in Baltimore, 8 years as Director of Public Relations for the Camp Fire Girls Council of the Chesapeake, and Director of Volunteer Services for the Maryland Society for Sight.
Susan has a bachelor of arts degree in Mass Communications from Towson University in Baltimore and a Certificate inVolunteer Management from Washington State University and Certificate of Excellence in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
In addition to being editor of ManagingVolunteers.com, Susan consults with non-profits on a variety of topics relating to the implementation of a successful volunteer program.
